TH-C series are electric car controller products, the knowledge of installation method and maintenance. Before using the Wheastone controller, please read this manual in detail, which will help you to install and use the Wheastone controller correctly. Wheastone programmable controller is Wheastone company dedicated to an efficient, stable and easy to install the electric vehicle controller design, suitable for electric bicycles, electric motorcycles and electric scooter etc.. The series controller is able to output a high starting current and supply tight battery current limit. Therefore, it can work in a relatively small battery current conditions, and can provide a good acceleration and climbing ability. Wheastone controller uses high power MOSFET high frequency design, the efficiency is up to 98%. Powerful intelligent microprocessor provides a comprehensive and accurate control for the Wheastone controller. The user can also connect the computer and the controller through the connecting wires we provide, to configure the controller, to guide the test and to obtain the diagnostic information simply and quickly.

Basic functions

(1) Fault detection and protection. (External instrument and voice guard optional)
(2) Battery voltage real-time monitoring.
(3) Built in current detection and over current protection.
(4) Controller with temperature measurement and protection function. In the case of low temperature and high temperature, the current will be cut in order to protect the controller and battery. If the controller temperature is higher than 90℃, the current will drop dramatically and the output will be automatically cut off at 95℃.
(5) In power generation, the voltage will always be in a state of being monitored by the controller. If it is found that the voltage is too high, the controller will cut down the current until the power is stopped.
(6) Braking power generation can be configured by software to charge strength.
(7) The controller can be configured by connecting the computer serial port, and the software can be updated. The controller configuration program can be run on all Windows versions.
(8) Supply 5V sensor power.
(9) 3 switch inputs. They are the brake switch input, reversing switch input and the lock switch input, which is the first 2 switch connect GND for effective signal; high electrical level lock switch, connect signal B+ is effective; low electric lock switch, then connect signal B- is effective.
(10) One 0~5V analog input. And is pedal to analog signal input.
(11) A button input. Cruise button.
(12) It can be configured to reverse control enable, disable. The operation configuration software can control the reverse control, and can choose the reverse mode: at once the reverse and the speed of the motor is 0.
(13) Acceleration can be configured. At the same time provide a deceleration control of the supporting procedures.
(14) Strengthen the power generation brake function, make your brake more powerful and stable.
(15) Brake signal input.
